BuiltSpace was finding their existing site was cumbersome and not user friendly for those on mobile. They realized that they were targeting a niche market that was hard to identify and needed to drive more online conversions.

In addition to these business challenges, the site itself was not responsive or optimized for search engines, leaving them with far less traffic and a much higher bounce rate than the industry average. The graphics were dated and didn’t align well with the crisp branding.

Solution

We built a new, responsive website, which simplified their site drastically and made it easier to navigate on all devices. We helped create custom forms to work with their customer management system and allow grow their customer base.

A new visual look was applied to this, other materials, and advertising to ensure their brand was on point. Comprehensive marketing research was completed to identify buyer personas that shaped the content, as well as the sales team’s marketing efforts.

A 40% increase in web traffic, stronger branding and more efficient sales with a stronger sense of who their audience was. The clear call to action on their website has resulted in more visitors contacting the sales team for product demonstrations and sales.
